Job Summary
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to our team while working remotely.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Hangouts etc.
You should be able to handle multiple administrative and customer service tasks while delivering high-quality work with minimum supervision and meeting weekly KPIs.

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with Advertising tasks and reports
• Manage, monitor, Fulfill customer orders and returns
• Provide customer service support, answer customer emails, reviews, feedback via guidelines
• Provide social media and web support via uploads, photo editing and optimization.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
• Data entry, manage files, update records, and organize documentation
• Other tasks and duties as you grow into the role

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with a willingness to learn
• Experienced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
• Be knowledgeable in technologies to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
• Highly organized, able to multitask and work well with fast-paced instructions
• Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
• Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
• Self-directed, quick learner and able to work without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
• High school, diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be looked upon favourably
• Reliable and strong Internet connection is required
