Role and Responsibilities: As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, supporting various tasks essential to our online business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data entry and organization to maintain accurate records and databases.
• Keyword research to optimize product listings and improve search visibility.
• Product research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Managing orders and providing assistance to our affiliate partners.
• Utilizing Amazon Seller Central to oversee inventory and monitor sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Working with Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
• Utilizing Trello for task management and project collaboration.

Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English to a high level (verbal and written).
• Previous experience with Amazon operations and Seller Central is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Trello for task management.
• A reliable and fast broadband internet connection is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a dedication to meeting deadlines.
Additional Requirements:

• Must be confident and enthusiastic about learning new software platforms and tools.
• Training will be provided to ensure proficiency and success in the role.
