Part Time (10h a week) Support ingarden’s ecommerce store to grow in the following areas:
1. Customer Service & Community Support
– Daily Customer Service (email , instagram, facebook messenger)
– Daily Order support: ensure warehouse orders are flowing correctly, make adjustments for customers at their request
– Weekly CS report: send top issues to manager & bring ideas of solutions to reduce the number of tickets for same issue
– Weekly Fulfillment report: send top issues or wins with order fulfillment & bring ideas of solutions to reduce issues / costs
2. Social Media Support
– Weekly Social Media report: report a set of metrics required by manager on a weekly basis
– Weekly posting: plan & post 4-5 pieces of content. (no content creation)
– Replying to social media comments
3. Founder support Adhoc
– adhoc tasks to support the above. for example a one off email campaign to subscribers
– data entry as necessary (inventory reports, etc)
– research market trends for products ; presenting research based on questions set forth
Requirements:
– fast internet connection
– ability to use gmail and slack for communication (we will set up an account for you)
– excellent english (native level) & ability to type quickly and accurately
– experience with Gsuite (google docs, google sheets) & Microsoft office suite (word, excel)
