Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant & Customer Support Expert to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering impeccable virtual assistant services and customer service, particularly during US time zone hours, and will play a crucial role in various facets of our business operations.

Requirements:

– Experience with customer support platforms such as ZenDesk or Gorgias (including Macros), and proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs.
– Proven track record in customer service for online stores, particularly in addressing and resolving support tickets.
– Fluent or native proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively via Email, Phone, etc.
– Design skills are a plus.
– Competence in data entry, product listing, and other administrative tasks.
– Availability between 12 PM – 8 PM EST (equivalent to 12 AM – 8 AM in the Philippines).

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer requests on Gorgias promptly and accurately in perfect English.
– Update the operations team regarding customer needs and requests.
– Handle listings, dispute resolutions, and report generation.
– Display a high level of professionalism at all times.
– We are also seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to bolster our email marketing efforts.
– Email Campaign Creation: Utilize Figma to craft email templates in alignment with our marketing calendar.
– Scheduling and Deployment: Schedule and deploy campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring consistency with our marketing calendar.
– Quality Assurance: Ensure all emails are error-free and align with brand guidelines.
– Communication: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay abreast of schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications:

– Experience in a virtual assistant role with a focus on email marketing.
– Familiarity with Klaviyo and Figma.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
