I am looking for an experienced Ecommerce virtual assistant to help me with the daily tasks in my dropshipping e-commerce business in the print-on-demand space.
The job is ongoing and if you turn out to be a good fit for the company, I want to keep you on for years to come.
Currently, the tasks at hand take about 2-3 hours each week (x3 in November/December)
I expect you to work on 2 separate days each week, it’s up to you when in the week you want to work.
I will pay you minimum 1 1/2 hours of work each week, even on weeks where there are no orders (so in some weeks, all you have to do is to login to the store and you’ll get paid for 1 1/2 hours of work)
CURRENT TASKS:
– Order processing using WordPress (Woocommerce plugin)
– Customer support
– Random VA tasks from time to time (product research, importing products and correcting settings etc.)
MUST HAVE SKILLS IN AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
– You have experience in managing other e-commerce stores
– Good and experienced at handling customer service requests. Especially handling “difficult” customer requests like cancel requests, questions regarding long shipping times, etc.
– I prefer you to be self-employed and not part of a big agency. I will share confidential information and wish to have direct contact with you and not some agency manager
– You must be independent and able to make your own decisions about how to handle situations like customer requests. I will give you clear guidelines to work out from. Once you are set up and feel secure in the daily tasks, I trust you to handle situations like refund requests, occasional angry customer emails, etc. without having to contact me.
– Fluent in English
I am good at delegating and will NOT micro-manage you or get mad at you, as long as you do your best with the information you have. I am a busy entrepreneur and I am running multiple businesses next to this one, so I need to trust that you will take care of the daily tasks by yourself (eventually when fully trained)
