We’re a well-established SaaS startup, operating for 12+ years in the customer service industry, and we’re looking for FULL TIME Ecommerce VA to assist us and expand our presence!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to oversee the
daily operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams,
manage product launches, and ensure an exceptional online shopping experience. This role
requires a blend of technical skills, customer service expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
– Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring products are updated and
displayed correctly.
– Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely product availability.
– Gather and prepare product images and descriptions for new launches.
– Support the eCommerce manager in various projects, including liaising with web
development agencies and other external SaaS companies.
– Regularly communicate with developers, sharing designs and ensuring timely project
completion.
– Develop and implement promotional plans for the eCommerce platform, ensuring
alignment with management, buyers, and sellers.
– Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and provide support as needed.
– Engage in basic social media activities to promote products and engage with the
audience.
– Process invoices, refunds, and other related financial tasks as required.
– Monitor website analytics, customer feedback, and vendor inputs to continuously
improve the online shopping experience.
Requirements
– Prior experience with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify,
WooCommerce, etc and related apps (e.g., Rebuy, Aftersale, Tolstoy).
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent written English
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
– Available during London hours
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
– Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, i.e. Klaviyo and Postscript or
similar email/SMS marketing softwares to send out campaigns, update flows, and
address issues.
– Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
– Ability to analyze website metrics and derive actionable insights
