Our ideal candidate is someone who likes to improve each day and is looking for a long-term collaboration, not just a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, with a keen eye for crafting compelling ad videos that captivate/convert audiences on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
What we offer:
Negotiable Salary: 500-750 a month (subject to change)
Bonuses ranging from $200-$1000 if one of your video advertisements performs well.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Editing: Skillfully edit video content that is tailored for high engagement and conversion on various social media platforms.
Understanding Media Trends: Grasp the importance of hooks in current media buying strategies and implement these insights into video creation.
Software Proficiency: Be an expert at editing ad videos on at least 1 video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or other relevant video editing software.

Fluent English (Written and spoken)
Passionate to improve every day
Need to know how to use at least 1 video editing software such as CapCut and create good short form content.
Needs to have the skill of creating eye-catching hooks that grab the viewers’ attention and target the specific customer personality we provide.
Need to be good at transitions and use fast paced clips that make the viewer interested to watch more.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their content trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Completion of tasks on or before the due date
Achieve targeted KPI’s
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging/converting video content.
