– Create and scale winning videos on Facebook;
– Craft compelling video scripts and narrate stories through video and motion elements;
– Analyze video performance data and drive data-driven iterations to enhance video performance and engagement;
– Conduct A/B video testing to optimize content and enhance user engagement;
– Perform video actions aligned with revenue targets, maximizing the impact of our content;
– Coordinate efforts directly with the founder, ensuring collaboration to achieve company goals.

– Salary. $800-$1200 plus bonus, depending on individual experience and competence.
Job requirements
Our expectations for you:
– 1 years of experience in video editing for Facebook (knowledge and understanding of Facebook algorithms and best practices are a huge plus);
– Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must, experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, AI tools is a huge plus;
– Creativity, an eye for details and the ability to craft appealing videos with strong narratives;
– Ability to strategize and align video content with revenue targets, ensuring an effective approach towards achieving business goals;
– Strong English language skills in both written and spoken form;
– Proven experience in leading and guiding a team of video editors and designers (nice to have);
– Previous experience working with ecommerce or dropshipping products, understanding their unique video content requirements and strategies for conversion optimization (nice to have).
