We are looking for a dedicated video editor that is obsessed with creating viral content that stands out on social media. Our brand has grown strictly by creating obscure video concepts that grab attention, are scripted well, and sell our products. The key is grabbing attention in the first part of the video.
We’ve generated nearly 50 million video views in the past year with this method and now need help to systemize and maximize this result.

Your job is to consistently create new videos that do just that. You will both iterate on videos we’ve already created, by changing headlines, opening scenes, and voice overs. As well as getting inspiration from TikTok, customers, and our Notion document to create brand new concepts. Your role is judged solely on ad performance.

Deliverables
– Weekly delivery of at least 20 videos (the more the better, if you’re making iterations, this will be easy to achieve)
– Critical analysis and feedback on opportunities
Expectations from you
– Must have experience with 7-8 figure eCommerce brands, creating short form and long form ads for Meta and TikTok.
– Must be willing to push boundaries, think critically, and take in feedback to improve output.
– Must be self-reliant, as I will not manage you.
– Must use Adobe products and AI tools (voice overs)
Again your job is break the internet with videos that cut through the feed. There is no bad idea as long as it sells our product. I will guide you on the value proposition of our product and what has worked in the past. You will take things to the next level.
