Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and efficient virtual assistant to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and should have good communication and organizational skills. Although prior experience is not required, we value strong work ethics in our hires. It would be greatly appreciated if you could be transparent about your current skill sets and experience level. We are seeking a full-time employee and can guarantee 40 hours of work per week. You may work longer if there are tasks to be completed, or shorter if you desire. However, please note that while working for us, you are not permitted to work for any other employers.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of our ecommerce store
Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices
Edit product photos to ensure they look professional and appealing
Edit product videos to showcase product features and benefits
Monitor and fulfill orders
Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist with social media and email marketing campaigns
Help with product research and data analysis
Manage Ad campaigns

Requirements:

Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy and Shopify
Experience with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate business needs
