Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our online business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customer service using the Gorgias platform, possess strong Shopify skills, demonstrate a keen understanding of ecommerce operations, and have a basic grasp of digital and social media marketing, particularly with Facebook Advertising and Instagram. Additionally, the candidate should excel in tasks such as competitive analysis, basic content creation, and have familiarity with tools like Canva, Klaviyo, and Xero for potential bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Management:

Efficiently handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests through the Gorgias platform.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and helpful responses.
Shopify Ecommerce Operations:

Manage and update products on the Shopify platform.
Monitor and optimize ecommerce processes to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough research on industry competitors, both in terms of products and advertising strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis findings.
Digital/Social Media Marketing:

Assist in creating and managing Facebook Advertising and Instagram campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
Content Creation:

Create basic content using tools like Canva and Klaviyo for emails and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and strategies.
Basic Bookkeeping (optional):

If experienced, handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero to maintain financial records.
Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly within a team environment, utilizing tools such as Slack, , Google Drive, Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, and Google Calendar.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably using the Gorgias platform.
Strong proficiency in Shopify and experience with ecommerce operations.
Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing, specifically with Facebook Advertising and Instagram.
Analytical skills for conducting competitive analysis.
Basic content creation skills using Canva and Klaviyo.
Familiarity with Xero for potential bookkeeping tasks (optional).
