At Checkmate Digital, we are a Sydney-based Creative Performance Marketing Agency partnering with ambitious eCom brands across Australia to help them scale profitably.
In recent months, we have expanded our offerings to be more focused on digital products and have been growing the information side of the agency (courses).
Seeing continuous growth in this arm of the company, we are now looking for a Rockstar Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This will be an hourly based role initially with the opportunity to work full-time as we continue to see growth!
???? Your Superpowers
• You have experience in customer support roles (preferably an eCom brand)
• You have experience in dealing with payment processor disputes and submitting chargeback responses to win the dispute
• You’re proficient with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Google Meets, and other remote team messaging apps (Slack)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• You have basic understanding of digital marketing
• You have reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work during AEST/AEDT time zones (Sydney, Australia)
• Fluent in English able to effectively communicate with team members
