Job Description

Are you interested in a full-time VA position with our established ecommerce business? This is a permanent position. We give 10-12 off days, 13th month and performance bonuses. We provide training and are open to anyone with no relevant experience. We are looking for someone to join our Filipino team of virtual assistants who work remotely from their homes. We value and respect our team members, many of whom have been with us for 2 to 4 years. We provide direct payment to your local bank account in PHP, ensuring you won’t be affected by US$ currency fluctuations.

Your responsibilities include keyword research, product research, competition analysis, order entry, listing new products, data analysis and customer service. You work during Philippines office hours.

– You must possess excellent written English skills to effectively respond to customer mails.
– You are proficient in MS Excel, including knowledge of specific formulas.
