Ecommerce Virtual Assistant: Pro-Active, Tech-Savvy and ClickUp experience

We are a growing ecommerce company that operates 2 socially responsible brands. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the world, and we are committed to donating a portion of our profits to charities that help animals have a better life.

We are seeking a proactive, fast-learning, tech-savvy virtual assistant to help us with our organizational, planning, and productivity needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following tools: Shopify, Klaviyo, Gmail, Canva, and ClickUp.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize ClickUp to organize and track the progress of goals and tasks
– Able to write quality (!) SOP’s, and brainstorm how to build better systems for the businesses
– Assist with scheduling and calendar management
– Organize our email systems in Gmail
– Organize our Canva account
– Experience with creating, and posting high-quality posts and stories on IG and Facebook
– Assist with marketing and social media tasks, including creating visually appealing designs using Canva
– Help with data entry and adding products and edit custom data in Shopify
– Experience with Klaviyo (Typeform and Zapier is a big bonus)
– Able to build a relationship with our influencers and VIP customers
– Able to work on day-to-day tasks to get work of my own plate as the owner

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant to make my life easier
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Pro-active and fast-learning attitude
-Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
-Strong attention to detail (!)
