eCommerce Virtual Assistant – Product Listing Specialist1

Salary: 15,000 PHP per month; Part-time: 25 hours per week

We are a registered retail company located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to list our products on various selling platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, while also managing the daily operations of our ecommerce business. Additionally, we utilize multichannel fulfillment software for cross-listing. This is a part-time position initially, but with growth opportunities for successful candidates to transition into a long-term assignment with increased hours and responsibilities, eventually leading to a full-time job.

Interested candidates should preferably have prior experience working as a virtual assistant for an eCommerce-related business. If you are hired, we will walk you through all the tasks you will be expected to accomplish. Familiarity with Amazon fundamentals is expected, and we will provide training on our internal processes for specific tasks.

To give you an idea, here are a few examples of the tasks you will be performing:

• Proven experience in listing products on Amazon, eBay, and/or Shopify platforms.
• Knowledge of Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) Software such as Sellbrite would be a great asset, but it is not required. We will provide training.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tasks.
• Knowledge of Amazon seller tools, such as Helium 10, Blackbox, Cerebros, etc.
• Familiarity with office software, e.g., G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with picture editing tools, such as Canva.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn. MUST be a fast learner.
