Job Description

We are seeking a new team member to assist in website administration and support including product research, product listing and optimization. 

Key Skills Required: 

* Strong attention to detail is crucial
* Strong MS Office skills
* Ability to use photo editing software (Canva)
* Excellent English both written & verbal 
* Excellent organizational skills to ensure consistency across all product listings.
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce is required
* Website Maintenance – Updating content on websites or blogs.

Key Responsilbilities:

Product eCommerce –
* Product creation and editing on the e-commerce website
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective presentation and promotion of products
* Creating engaging product descriptions and content that drive sales
* Researching keywords & listing optimisation
* Editing product imagery using Canva
* Collating product images for advertising campaigns 
* Updating and maintaining product data 

Admin Virtual Assistant Customer Service –
* Assisting with customer service email support as required
* Managing and maintaining blogs and customer support articles 
* Order/ Shipment Management – Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules to inform customers about their orders.
* Data Entry – Inputting and updating data in databases and spreadsheets.
* Reminder Services – Sending reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
* File Management – Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents.–Calendar Management – Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders
* Email Management – Sorting, responding to, and organizing??emails.
* Document Preparation – Creating, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.

8:00 am-16:00 (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time
