Job Description

Hello, I am seeking assistance with building and managing my eCommerce website and coordinating order fulfillment services in China. My target audience is primarily located in Canada, Europe, the UK, and the USA. I would greatly appreciate your expertise in developing effective marketing strategies to attract customers, as my main product will be ladies’ fashion clothes. All inventory will be stored in China, with orders being processed there. If a specific country generates significant orders, we may consider implementing order fulfillment solutions in that region, which will also be your responsibility. Job role:

1. eCommerce Website Development:
Select an eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Design and develop your website with a user-friendly interface and mobile responsiveness.
Set up product categories, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Implement secure payment gateways for smooth transactions.
2. Website Administration and Maintenance:
Regularly update product listings, prices, and inventory levels.
Monitor website performance, loading times, and user experience.
Ensure website security and implement necessary updates.
3. Order Fulfillment Setup:
Research and choose reliable order fulfillment partners in China.
Set up systems for seamless order processing and inventory management.
Establish shipping methods and policies for different regions.
4. Marketing and Customer Acquisition:
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to your target audience in Canada, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
Create engaging, high-quality content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and visuals.
Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to expand your reach.
5. International Shipping and Logistics:
Research shipping options and negotiate rates for different regions.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements.
Provide customers with tracking information and excellent post-purchase support.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization:
Track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
