Position Overview:
We are seeking an Editor/Creator to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position requires 40 hours per week, working European hours of the day. As an Editor/Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video and image content for our Facebook ad campaigns, leveraging your creative skills to produce compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and create high-quality video and image content for Facebook ad campaigns.
-Work closely with Campaign Managers to understand campaign goals and requirements.
-Edit and enhance videos and images to ensure they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
-Generate innovative and engaging content ideas that align with campaign goals.
-Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
-Analyze performance data to refine and improve future content strategies.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video and image editing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Excellent command of English.
-Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.
-Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
-Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager is a significant plus.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-initiated work approach.
-Analytical thinker with a pleasant demeanor, eager to learn and excel in internet advertising.

Ideal Candidate:
-Bright and ambitious, with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
-Hardworking, with an eagerness to grow and make money through advertising.
-Previous online campaign management experience is a bonus but not required.
