Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Editorial Oversight (40%):
-Be part of our production team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality content production.
-Edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
-Implement editorial calendars and workflows to manage content production efficiently and meet deadlines.
-Upload final content to client CMS.

Content Strategy and Development (30%):
-Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals and target audience preferences.
-Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and more.
-Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms.

Quality Assurance (20%):
-Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all content meets high standards of accuracy, grammar, and SEO best practices.
-Conduct content audits and performance analyses to optimize content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Client Collaboration (5%):
-Act as the primary point of contact for content-related discussions with clients, understanding their requirements and incorporating feedback into content strategies.
-Attend client meetings to present content strategies, discuss project progress, and gather insights to refine content approaches.

Leadership and Team Development (5%):
-Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
-Develop training programs and resources to enhance team skills in content creation, editing, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in editorial management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
-Strong editorial skills with expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading across digital platforms.
-Excellent understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
-Ability to lead and inspire a team, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
-Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.

Daily Tasks:
-Assist in creation of digital brand assets that are in line with the clients’ goals, target market, and branding
-Work collaboratively with the Production team and Founder to discuss timelines and other requirements
-Collaborate with the production team and clients in creating brand pitch decks and other collaterals
-Ensures agency guidelines and all revisions are taken into account prior to submission for client review
-Ensures deadlines are met and all revisions are incorporated for all the brand assets
