Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a specialization in Social Media Marketing.
$750/month

Responsibilities
-Quality Control: Ensure the tracking and quality control of all our customer video edits and posts.

-Delegation: Effectively delegate raw video clips to video editors with clear instructions on video direction and client branding.

-Project timelines: Ensure videos are edited on time, filming sessions are scheduled on time based on videographer and client’s availabilities in order to keep client timeline on pace.

-Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with edits and provide updates on social media account progress.

-Client Onboarding: Participate in client onboarding and strategy calls, contributing to the preparation and oversight of video scripts, content strategy, and roadmap.

-System Management: Manage and scale current systems, including team standard operating procedures to ensure we grow as efficiently and as smoothly as possible.

-Language Requirement: Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Work Hours: Due to our rapid growth and the global distribution of our team, you may be required to work irregular hours. This position involves being on call to promptly address and resolve issues as they arise. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
