Hey guys,

We are in search of an Editorial Assistant with an innovative spirit, an eye for detail, and a passion for maximizing engagement. This role requires a unique blend of content creation, AI proficiency, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will help steer the voice of our brand across multiple platforms and engage with our audience in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:
* Content Research & Development: Research trending topics, brainstorm new content ideas, and strategically decide on the most impactful content for our target audience.
* Content Creation: Utilize AI tools, coordinate with freelance writers, video creators, and contributors to generate high-quality content tailored to our platforms.
* Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook (group & page), YouTube, our blog, and email campaigns.
* Image Licensing: Scout for relevant images, and secure permissions from photographers or content creators for use in our content.
*Talent Collaboration: Identify and engage with photographers, videographers, and writers who can contribute content for our media channels. Ensure the content aligns with our quality benchmarks and timelines.
*AI & Automation Proficiency: Harness the potential of AI tools and automation platforms to innovate our editorial processes and content generation.
*Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with followers and contributors on our social media channels to bolster our brand presence and maintain high engagement levels.
*Performance Analysis: Generate performance reports, maintain detailed spreadsheets, and scrutinize content analytics to derive actionable insights for continual growth and refinement.

Qualifications:
* Proficient in using AI-driven tools for content creation and automation.
* Demonstrable experience with social media management and engagement.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Experience using Google Docs: must be able to format the text of unedited
manuscripts, compile text from other sources into documents, and format transcripts
according to a set of in-house standards
* Experience using Google Sheets: must be able to accurately enter information and
keep spreadsheets updated as new information comes in
* Experience with Photo editing: ability to check resolution for print quality and to resize
images for different social platforms
* Experience with Video editing or management: ability to edit and repackage longform video into shorter clips and add text/titles. We could most likely use some AI tools to do this as well. Or you could work with a video editor to do this if needed.
* Experience with professional correspondence via email and social media: must be comfortable communicating by email or direct messages using social media to schedule interviews or photography and in requests for content from contributors
* Experience following brand or style guidelines
* Experience providing administrative support for multiple projects and varying deadlines
* Ability to conduct internet research and compile the results into a document or spreadsheet

Technical Requirements:

* High-speed computer (PC or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM
* Working webcam
* Headset with microphone and noise cancellation feature
* Reliable Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps
* Reliable power supply and a backup power source
