Job Description

As a Digital Marketing EDM Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging graphics for email marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing visually appealing and engaging graphics for email marketing campaigns as a digital marketing EDM graphics specialist. You’ll be working together with the Marketing Team to produce engaging visual content compatible with brand messages and marketing objectives. By creating eye-catching graphics and design elements that stimulate engagement and conversions, you will aim to increase the overall effectiveness of your email campaigns.

Our office would be located in Cebu, Philippines.

Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management:
– Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives and target audience segments.
– Create and design engaging and visually appealing email templates that align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
– Use marketing automation tools to schedule and deploy email campaigns effectively.

2. Graphic Design:
– Create captivating and on-brand graphics, images, and illustrations for use in email marketing campaigns.
– Design visually appealing email templates that resonate with the target audience and showcase the brand’s identity.

3. Image Editing and Optimization:
– Edit and optimize images to ensure they load quickly and display correctly across different email clients and devices.
– Resize, crop, and adjust images as needed for various email layouts and formats.

4. Email Template Customization:
– Work closely with the marketing and content teams to customize email templates with graphics and visuals that complement the email content and CTA (Call-to-Action).
– Ensure the templates are responsive and mobile-friendly for a seamless user experience.

5. Brand Consistency:
– Maintain brand consistency by following established style guidelines and ensuring that all graphics adhere to the brand’s visual identity.

6. A/B Testing and Optimization:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B tests on different email designs and graphics to identify the most effective visuals for improving campaign performance.
– Segment email lists based on customer behaviour, demographics, and engagement history to deliver personalized and relevant content to different audience segments.

7. Cross-Channel Collaboration:
– Collaborate with other marketing team members, such as content writers and digital marketers, to align visual elements with overall campaign objectives.

8. Stay Updated with Design Trends:
– Stay informed about the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and email design, and apply them to enhance the effectiveness of email graphics.

9. Automation and Integration:
– Work with the marketing automation team to integrate email marketing with other digital marketing channels, such as social media and content marketing, to create cohesive campaigns.

10. Performance Analysis and Campaign Reporting:
– Analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
– Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
– Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing and email campaigns (HubSpot experience preferred).
– Proficiency in any graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.).
– Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
– Experience optimizing images for web and email, ensuring fast loading times and optimal display on different devices.
– Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
– Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing concepts into visually compelling graphics.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
