On A Dime Transformations is a team of doctors, social workers, peer support workers, career coaches and curriculum developers with decades of experience and distinction within their fields. We have identified a gap in the current model of care that leaves those in recovery facing obstacles and barriers as they transition from treatment programs into the focus of building a purpose-driven life through meaningful employment.
We partner with treatment providers, government agencies, and recovery coaches to ensure this important aspect of the recovery journey is accounted for and incorporated into the suite of services offered to their clientele.
Our Challenge
We have created amazing programming that is proving powerful at changing the lives of participants that we work with. We have developed an online program in order to increase the accessibility and reach of our offering.
We currently have a base level of user experience within the LMS system that we employ and need to kick our content up a few notches by leveraging Articulate 360 to create a better and more visual user experience.
The individual who joins our team will be executing strategies driven by our Chief Learning Officer within our LMS and authoring tools.
About You
We are looking for an instructional design beast – someone who dreams at night about blending the line that separates live classroom instruction from online learning. Someone who appreciates good visual design, interactive games, and scenario based learning. And who is passionate about channeling this creativity with effective and efficient delivery, primarily using Articulate 360 software.
The Role
Working approximately 20 hours a week with the capacity to scale to business requirements as needed, with the potential for permanency after six months
Working remotely in a fast-paced environment
Designing eLearning content in collaboration with the On A Dime Transformations team, whilst utilizing multiple platforms
Developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 Storyline – previous experience is mandatory
Developing courses and training in emergency management, critical incident management, and other courses as required
Working directly with clients to deliver eLearning programs end-to-end

To be a good fit for this job, you must have:
Experience in, and an obsession with creating good training – you should be familiar with best practices and keep up with industry trends. You probably have a favorite E-Learning or design related podcast or blog.
A strong bias toward execution. You love working independently and thrive when given freedom and flexibility. You don’t need a babysitter.
Experience working remotely, as efficiently as if you were at our office, without distractions. You can hop on a call quickly to answer or ask questions or whip up a screencast to show a solution.
Familiarity and comfort working with AI to help aid your work.
Fluency with Articulate’s software, especially Storyline. And full knowledge of how to maximize it’s capabilities.
