Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with a knack for numbers and a solid understanding of electrical and lighting systems. The successful candidate will assist our team in estimating costs for our projects, ensuring we continue to deliver competitive and accurate bids to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate Creation & Analysis: Work closely with our project managers to develop accurate estimates for electrical and lighting projects.
Data Management: Maintain a database of standard costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Supplier Liaison: Engage with suppliers to obtain the best quotations for materials and components.
Document Preparation: Prepare and present regular reports on project estimations, budget comparisons, and costing trends.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in electrical systems, lighting technology, and cost estimation techniques.
Administrative Support: Provide general support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence related to estimations.
Qualifications:

Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in electrical/lighting estimation or in a similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estimation software and tools.
Strong Numerical Acumen: Ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
