Our company has more than 40 years of expertise in the field and serves clients in the following industries: government, military, aviation, oil and gas, processing, manufacturing, maritime, and hunting.

We have family members all over the world working in various locations and time zones but are united by a common mission and vision: to offer solid sales assistance and quick delivery services while providing customers with high-quality industrial lighting supplies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Capacity to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to browse the internet and use the internal systems and websites as it relates to the procurement department
• Ability to create, edit and analyze data using MS Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, and Business Central
• Capable of maintaining multiple email accounts
• Access and navigate our web-based centralized purchasing system
• Complete daily purchasing requests/tasks
• Get 3+ quotes for each major item requested
• Complete on-the-spot buy as required
• Build relationships with vendors by phone
• Accurately write purchase orders.
• Track orders.
• Identify transformer specifications.

JOB BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Commitment to knowledge expansion, learning, and constant development
• Be willing to work during American business hours
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Superior organizational and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving, acceptance of responsibility, and work ethic
• Works with minimal supervision
• Motivation to complete tasks on time and on budget.
• Personal computer for work, with a reliable internet connection, and a backup plan or location
• Quality noise-canceling USB Headset

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Remote work experience with companies or clients.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of purchase experience in the electrical industry or a related field
