Job Description:

1. Customer development: Send more than 15 customer development emails per day to contact e-cigarette trading and wholesalers in California, other regions of the United States, and the Philippines;

2. Telephone: Contact customers through telephone, with no less than 15 customer phone numbers per day;

3. Send 15 messages through social media to connect with e-cigarette related trade, wholesale and retail institutions;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above;

2. Fluent English;

3. Between the ages of 23 and 30;

4. At least 5 years of experience in foreign trade, or at least 2 years of experience in electronic cigarette foreign trade is preferred;

5. Remote work from home;

6. Unlimited working hours.

Note: At least one of the following conditions needs to be met, and salary conditions can be negotiated:

1. Having at least 5 years of practical work experience in the foreign trade industry; Having experience working in foreign trade with the United States;

2. At least 2 years of work experience in the electronic cigarette foreign trade industry.

Salary and benefits introduction:

The salary composition for this position is a base salary of $500, a full attendance bonus of $50, a transportation or communication subsidy of $50, a novice protection period subsidy of $50, a performance bonus of $2350, and a business increase of 5%.

2. Full attendance bonus: If you take leave or are absent on a working day, there will be no full attendance bonus.

3. Transportation or communication subsidies: If the current month is full attendance, the actual amount of transportation subsidies issued. If absent, it will be calculated based on the actual attendance days of the month.

4. Performance bonus: To complete the performance bonus assessment indicator, which means to complete the order sales of 50000 US dollars per month, a performance bonus will be issued.

5. Novice protection period: It is a temporary subsidy measure for the company to encourage and protect the enthusiasm of new employees. The protection period for beginners is 2 months. The time calculation method is: from the first day of employment (the labor contract takes effect) to the end of the second month. The purpose is to encourage the work enthusiasm of new employees, familiarize themselves with the business and get started as soon as possible, and provide temporary policy subsidies for new business positions.

6. Commission algorithm:

6.1. Business commission algorithm: 5% of the monthly personal repayment amount of -3000 US dollars is the commission for the current month.

Salary payment:

1. Base salary, full attendance bonus, subsidy (paid monthly):

1.1.1. Monthly payment: On the 1st of the following month, Party A shall pay the salary of the previous month (including base salary, full attendance bonus, subsidy) to the designated account of Party B.

1.1.2. Base salary/month+full attendance bonus/month+subsidy/month.

1.1.3. Payment method: bank transfer.

2. Performance bonus (calculated and paid on a monthly basis):

2.1.1. According to the performance bonus assessment indicators in the attachment, it will be distributed on the 1st of the following month.

2.1.2. Payment method: bank transfer.

3. Business commission (calculated and paid monthly):

3.1.1. Distribute on the first day of the following month according to the commission ratio and monthly repayment amount in the attachment.

3.1.2. Payment method: bank transfer.

The applicant needs to submit a self-designed work plan, which mainly focuses on how to develop e-cigarette customers in the United States and California. Our company will assess your work ability based on this plan.

Before starting work, we need you to have a detailed work plan that should include the following content:

1. As a trade specialist, our main target market is the United States, and more specifically, California. The daily work methods mainly focus on email, phone calls, and social media communication.

2. According to our required workload, how to complete the daily work assessment requires some practical content, such as how to collect phone, email, and social media information from American disposable e-cigarette dealers, and how to send these emails to improve email response rate and phone success rate.
