Elementor Website Designer For Local Home Service Businesses

OVERVIEW:

My company is searching for a talented WordPress Elementor web designer with 2+ years of previous Elementor experience to do web design for local home service businesses and weekly repeating tasks such as adding content to existing sites, image optimization, mobile friendly design, etc. The work will consist of mostly creating fresh new websites for local businesses in the home service industry such as garage door companies, chimney cleaning, air duct, carpet cleaning, etc. The idea is that we will have a template and use a system to create the websites quickly and efficiently. All of our Elementor pro designs are using Flexbox containers.

Homepage design
Competition research for design ideas
Service pages design
Location pages design
Contact Us page
Coupons page
Sizing & functional design
Mobile optimization
Speed optimization
Wordpress Setup
Image uploading to gallery page
Design and functionality bug fixes
Plugin updated
Uploading fonts into WordPress Elementor for faster websites.
Some light SEO tasks, very light.

REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in fluent English.
Experience working with Flexbox container in Elementor.
Experience with WordPress Elementor pro plugin.
Experience designing websites from scratch.
Experience with WordPress settings.
Experience coming up with concept ideas of websites.
At least 2 years experience as an Elementor website designer.
Graphic design experience needed – though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
Available for 20 hours per week minimum.

We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.

EXPECTATIONS:

You will be expected to finish all tasks on time following instructions and using your past experience and training videos to fulfill the task with utmost efficiency. You will be expected to ask questions regarding the tasks and projects and stay in close contact with me over a communication platform. You will have to have research and critical thinking skills to improve upon the task if you see a better more efficient way of providing results. We are a local SEO agency, therefore our goal is to generate phone calls to the business through their website and their google business profile. For this we will need to have good original content that ranks, a good user experience on the site, strong backlinks, quality citations & constantly improve upon the site with on page and off page local SEO. Your job is to create good and functional websites that convert well. Good page and functional design that is primarily mobile friendly. The page will need to load fast using our in-house optimization tactics and your job will be to make sure everything is in order. You will work in close contact with me, I will answer all of your questions and you are expected to finish the websites in a timely manner.

HOURS: 20+- hours/week
FULL TIME: We want a full time employee. Just working with our company and no other side projects.
RATE: $4.00/ hour ($320/month), 13th month pay bonus included. (Possibility for more hours depending on the amount of work required in a month).

WHEN DO YOU START?:
ASAP. We are looking for someone to start working as soon as possible with us. Someone who has experience and is ready to start working with us as quickly January and beginnings of February.
