Role Overview
As a Rockstar Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, keeping our executives organized and our business running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making a big impact, and are highly proficient with technology, keep reading!
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Be the go-to person for our executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel like a pro.
Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Documentation: Prepare and polish correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy Tasks: Utilize advanced software tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and help execute our awesome initiatives.
Client Relations: Handle client communications and relationship management with a friendly, professional touch.
Research: Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisions.
Process Improvement: Streamline operational processes to boost efficiency and support our goals.
Business Growth: Spot opportunities for business improvement and help us grow.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, especially in a consulting or fast-paced business environment.
Communication Skills: Stellar communication skills – both written and verbal.
Problem-Solving: A natural problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
Multitasking: Master multitasker who can juggle tasks efficiently and effectively.
Dedication: Super dedicated, honest, and loyal.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker who can adapt to changing circumstances.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Google Workspace, GHL, project management tools (like Asana), and other relevant software tools.
Bonus Experience: Experience in web designing, graphic design, client communications, strategy, or security services is a bonus.
Tech Savvy: Passionate about leveraging technology to improve workflows and productivity.
Hours and Compensation:
– Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
– Hourly Rate: $5/hr
– Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CST

– Graveyard Shift ( Philippine Time )
