I am looking to hire full time for hard workers with 3 years or Customer Service experience with diploma from professional school

Background: My brands sell Supplements and fitness product. You will be in charge of making sure the customers get 5 star service. (I am not looking for someone to come copy past scripts.) if you don’t care for customers please don’t apply

Job Description
-Respond to Customer inquiries and questions within 1 hour maximum.
-Communicate with Supplier to track orders
-Respond to Order Chargeback
-Monitor Facebook Comments and messages

-You must have a perfect english
-Must have completed 3-5 Year of professional school
-Minimum of 3 years of experiences with Shopify and customer service
-Must be a fast and self learner
-Learn as you go
-Has great communication skills with the team and the suppliers.
-Use judgement to make your own decisions
-Must be available on weekends (My business is not closed on weekends and customers still send email)
