Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Multifaceted Bookkeeping: Oversee financial transactions for multiple entities with precision, from reconciliations to ledgers.
Proactive Auditing: Lead audits, spot discrepancies, and drive transformative financial improvements.
Commission Mastery: Partner with sales and HR, refining the art of commission calculations and ensuring punctual, accurate distributions.
Customer Invoicing Leadership: Streamline invoicing processes and be the go-to person for customer invoicing solutions.
Strategic Financial Reporting: Craft insightful financial reports, becoming our beacon for strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with diverse teams, ensuring flawless financial dialogue.

Must-Haves:
Mandatory CPA designation.
A minimum of 1-year expertise in advanced accounting realms.
Experience with Telecom or detailed commission statements is a plus.
Mastery over accounting software, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Thorough knowledge of GAAP and the financial regulatory landscape.
Analytical prowess combined with impeccable attention to detail.
Stellar communication skills.
Agility to juggle priorities.
Consistent, high-speed internet (backup may be essential).
Telecom or intricate commission statement experience (major advantage).

Preferred working hours are 830pm- 5am GMT+8 preferred, but can accommodate a flexible shift with availability between 830pm to 12am for correspondence with US Staff and vendors
