Elopement photographer in need of the perfect freelance VA!

I am an Elopement & Couple Photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with some tasks such as:

Updating client guides (Indesign) and updating my website on WordPress with new pictures

Updating my location database with the hikes I find for clients, on Notion

Preparing client galleries on my gallery delivery system

Manually posting on Instagram, and finding relevant hashtags

Other admin tasks may be determined later as needed.

I’ll show you how to execute those tasks 🙂

What I am NOT looking for:

What I am looking for:

Diligent and Efficient. Performance is far more important than years of experience or lengths of resume
Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in english. Knowing Adobe is a plus. Having worked with another photographer or creative business owner is a plus but not mandatory. If you’re a nature lover that hikes, even more!

Every month is slightly different based on when I have bookings. but on average I would say I have about 1-2 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time.
