We are looking for an experienced Email Operations Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, expertise in spreadsheet management, and a solid work ethic. Their primary responsibilities will include addressing a large volume of emails, accurately recording and organizing data within spreadsheets, and maintaining courteous and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to a high volume of incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
-Record and organize data related to the emails in spreadsheets
-Prioritize and manage urgent emails that require immediate attention
-Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
-Manage and maintain an organized email inbox
-Collaborate with team members to ensure effective email management
– other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
-Proven experience in managing high volumes of emails in a professional setting
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-Proficient in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
-A positive and kind demeanor when communicating with others
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
