Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Virtual Assistant to handle both email management and telemarketing tasks. This role involves managing email communications and conducting telemarketing activities to engage with our email list subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:
Organize and maintain the email inbox.
Draft, review, and send emails on behalf of the employer.
Schedule and send out email newsletters or promotional content as required.
Ensure timely responses to emails.
Telemarketing:
Conduct outbound calls to individuals on our email list to promote our products/services.
Follow scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
Answer potential clients’ questions about our products or services.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Coordination and Scheduling:
Coordinate with team members and external contacts for scheduling meetings and appointments.
Follow up on email and phone communications to ensure tasks are completed.
Data Management:
Maintain records of email communications and telemarketing activities.
Manage contact lists and update information as needed.
Additional Support:
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Provide support in managing social media accounts, if needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in email management tools, software, and telemarketing systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or telemarketing is preferred.
