Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join a UK based fast growing beauty brand as an Email and Website Designer/Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building visually appealing and engaging emails that are deployed through Klaviyo, creating images, as well as updating and maintaining the company Shopify website.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly) and other relevant tools such as midjourney
Proven experience in email design and development, website design, and front-end development.
Proficiency in HTML and responsive design principles.
Experience with email marketing platforms particularly Klaviyo
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) particularly Shopify.
Highly Advantageous skills:
Video editing experience and portfolio of (Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere)
Responsibilities:

Email Design and Development:
• Develop, test, and implement email campaigns and automation workflows
• Create visually appealing email designs and templates that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Build HTML/CSS email templates, ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices.
• Incorporate dynamic content, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize email performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
• Ensure emails are properly formatted, coded, and tested for deliverability and responsiveness.
Website Design and Development:
• Work with team to execute web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Update the Shopify website using content management systems (CMS) or coding languages (HTML)
• Design and implement new web pages, landing pages, and interactive elements to enhance user experience.
• Optimise website performance, including page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and address any usability or technical issues.
Graphic Design:
• Create visually compelling graphics, banners, videos and other visual assets for use in emails, web and other marketing channels such as social media.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Product cut outs (background removal)
• High quality and attractive EBC’s/A+ Content creation
• Packaging artwork design
• Select and edit images to enhance visual appeal and align with messaging.
