Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute email campaigns using tools such as Instantly and HubSpot to drive engagement and conversions for our clients in the e-commerce and software development industries.
– Utilize OpenPhone for both cold and warm calling to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales.
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives and client goals.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and sales techniques.

Requirements:

– Previous experience running email campaigns through Instantly and HubSpot is preferred.
– Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar CRM/communication tools.
– Must be able to work in U.S. Hours (CST Time Zone) and speak fluent English
– Proven track record of success in sales or marketing roles, with a focus on e-commerce or software development preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
– Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
– Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
