Job Summary:

Email Campaign Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement, nurturing relationships, and ultimately, converting leads into loyal customers. As the Email Campaign Manager, you’ll be the architect behind our email marketing initiatives, leveraging your strategic prowess and keen attention to detail to deliver campaigns that stand out in the inbox. You’ll dive deep into data analytics to uncover valuable insights, guiding your decisions and optimizing campaign performance. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in email marketing, equipped with the skills to manage multiple campaigns concurrently without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives, driving growth and engagement within our target audience.
• Craft, manage, and refine email campaigns from inception to deployment, encompassing template design, compelling copywriting, and precise audience segmentation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), deriving actionable insights to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing to discern optimal tactics and refine strategies, ensuring ongoing improvement in campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with content, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging and brand identity across all email communications.
• Employ strategic list-building techniques and lead generation initiatives to expand and nurture our email subscriber base, cultivating meaningful connections with prospective and existing customers.
• Uphold compliance with email marketing regulations and industry best practices, including adherence to GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines, safeguarding both brand reputation and recipient trust.
• Utilize advanced email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) to execute campaigns with precision and track performance metrics accurately.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on email marketing performance, synthesizing data-driven insights and presenting findings to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 3 years in email marketing or a comparable role, highlighting a track record of success in driving engagement and conversions through email campaigns.
• Proficiency in utilizing leading email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, encompassing advanced techniques such as list segmentation, personalization, and automation, ensuring targeted and impactful communication with audiences.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail
• Possession of an analytical mindset, enabling the interpretation of data and metrics to derive actionable insights, informing strategic decision-making and continuous optimization of campaigns
• Innate creativity paired with a refined sense of design and brand aesthetics, facilitating the creation of visually appealing and on-brand email communications that captivate audiences.
• Proven project management skills, adept at managing multiple campaigns concurrently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to email marketing, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, ensuring ethical and responsible email practices.
