Mint Performance Marketing is looking for a retention marketing coordinator to support our agency operations. In this role, you will work with the retention marketing team to assist with execution of administrative tasks. This role blends project management and marketing, and requires string written and verbal English communication skills. The retention marketing coordinator will report to the Director of Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
– Load all approved campaigns into CU/create requests for the creative team
– All designed/approved campaigns load into Klaviyo (Retention Manager to do final review, Coordinator to schedule)
– Slices
– SL/PH proofing
– Take all SMS copy + links + corresponding content and create campaigns in Attentive (Retention Manager to do final review, Coordinator to schedule)
– Update campaign tracker regularly with status of campaign
– Loaded into Klaviyo
– Submitted CU request
– Build out bones of Klaviyo flows
– Audit – Pull 3/4 comps for design inspiration
– Update Performance sheet with 48 hr performance for all campaigns both email + sms

Required Experience & Education
– 1 year of experience in a similar role at a marketing agency or brand preferred but not required
– 1 year of any marketing experience preferred but not required.
– Experience with Klaviyo or a similar platform preferred but not required.
– Above average written and spoken English communication skills.
– Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
– Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail.
– Experience with ClickUp or a similar platform preferred but not required.
