Email Design & Production Specialist

We are a Top-rated US-based digital marketing agency looking to add a highly experienced, detailed, and organized Email Production Marketing Specialist to our team. The Email Production Specialist is responsible for coordinating all tactical elements of the email marketing campaigns. This includes receiving creative and data/html files, uploading and building email campaigns, creating segments and automations, executing tests and QA, scheduling and executing sends within multiple Email Service Providers (ESPs).

Responsibilities:
• Using the email brief, the approved design mockup and provided final assets to html code out individual email campaigns for clients
• b\Build emails in Email Service Provider template builder and design images for emails
• Once coded import the html code into the client’s email service provider and create the email campaign for live testing
• QA’s the email campaign and live tests to assigned email manager
• Once we have internal approval, then live test the email campaign to the client (using the correct links)
• Once client approves email, you will create any segmentation or list if necessary and schedule the email campaign for deployment
• Confirm all email is scheduled correctly using screen grabs that can be shared with the client for confirmation
• If the email campaign/s require re-sends setups, Email Production Specialist will assist with that.
• If the email campaign/s require workflow setup, Email Production Specialist can assist with that.
• Worked with the team to build out the individual html coded template modules into the ESPs template editor.
• Assists in the troubleshooting and fixing of template codes as well. Ex: stacking on mobile vs. not, etc.

• Klaviyo
• Campaign Monitor
• SFMC (Exact Target)
• Constant Contact
• Active Campaign
• My Emma
• Selligent

You must be able work U. S Hours in eastern standard time, central standard time, or pacific standard time zones.
