We are looking for a talented designer to join our team and help drive the success of our ecommerce clients through effective email marketing. If you have experience in email design for ecommerce, that’s a major plus!

What we really value in a designer is an understanding of conversion principles, strong aesthetic judgement, and the ability to communicate ideas visually in a compelling way.

_________ THE TEAM _________

We’re a small team, with a big heart. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can give and receive feedback, and are able to effectively communicate your perspective, you’ll fit right in with our team.

The engagement would start part-time on an hourly basis (20hrs/week), but ideally, we’d scale you to 25-40 hrs/week within a few weeks (if it’s a good fit). We’re also growing fast and your growth is unlimited!

*You like to have the option to work from wherever, whenever, as long as you deliver top-notch material on time
* You can join meetings from 9 am – 12 pm EST with a good attitude
* You hit your deadlines every single time, and if you’re running behind, you let us know in advance rather than leave it to the last moment
* You know how to take feedback graciously, whether it’s from your team or from a client
* You are a fast learner. We can teach you a LOT (about email design, email marketing, Ecommerce, cool efficient processes and systems), but you must be willing to learn and you gotta be quick
* You value transparency
* You aren’t afraid to ask questions (if you’re unsure about anything, just ask, we want you to feel 100% confident with your work)
* You are a clear, effective communicator, you’re kind and curious

_________ YOU MUST HAVE ________

* Experience in design (experience with email design or website design is a big plus)
* Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Examples of stuff you designed recently that you could send with your application
* A stable internet connection
* A growth mindset: if a campaign isn’t generating enough revenue, you find out ways to make it better (and you ENJOY the process of making it drive more revenue, engagement, etc)

We all work remotely and always have. We are scattered around, Canada, USA, Philippines, and Nigeria. This means you have the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the world — provided you are available 9am – 12pm eastern hours (EST)
