Job Description
The ideal candidate for the Email Designer position will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging email designs that drive user engagement and convert to sales. The individual will collaborate closely with our content team to translate clients’ brands into creative emails.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Ensure all email designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for mobile and desktop.
Incorporate UI/UX best practices in email design and layout, and adapt designs for mobile formats.
Work with our team (non-client facing) to ensure email design aligns with company’s branding and campaign goals.
Qualifications
2 years experience or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Email Designer or similar role.
Proficient in graphic design software (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email marketing software (such as MailChimp, Constant Contact).
Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Experience with responsive design.
Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Familiarity or willingness to learn and work with project management tools like Trello.

We are an email marketing agency that does around 300 orders per month.
Our clients are far ranging, from construction businesses, lawyers, and doctors to ecommerce brands and coaches.
We primarily serve the US and UK but offer our services globally
We pride ourselves on fast, reliable, and exceptional service. This is the backbone of our brand. We are looking to add a team member that can provide phenomenal work, promptly.
Our services are collaborative by nature – there is back and forth with clients (your role is NOT client facing), but clients may ask for revisions/updates to designs from time to time. We would expect these to be done promptly and with care.
Clients can be new businesses with limited materials to work off of, thus creativity is required in order to fill the position.
