Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Email Designer to join our marketing team. As an Email Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing and engaging email campaigns that align with our brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating compelling visuals, and a knack for storytelling through email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Design: Develop eye-catching and on-brand email templates, graphics, and layouts that captivate our audience. Create visually stunning designs that convey our messages effectively.
Graphic Design: Create custom graphics and visuals to enhance email content, ensuring that the design elements are aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Responsive Design: Ensure that all email designs are responsive and adapt seamlessly to various devices and email clients, providing an optimal user experience.
Content Integration: Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to seamlessly integrate dynamic content, images, and links into email templates. Ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date.
Design Consistency: Maintain a consistent design style and branding elements across all email campaigns to reinforce brand recognition.
Feedback Incorporation: Welcome feedback from team members and stakeholders and be open to making design revisions based on constructive input.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with email design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve email aesthetics and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your email design work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Strong understanding of email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness and user experience optimization.
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
