Job Summary:
The Email Follow-Up Coordinator will be responsible for following up with customers via email to ensure that their inquiries, requests, and complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. They will be responsible for communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner, gathering necessary information, and ensuring that their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. The Email Follow-Up Coordinator will work closely with the customer service team and other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the company maintains a positive reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct follow-up emails with customers to gather necessary information and ensure their concerns are resolved
– Coordinate with the customer service team and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email channels
– Document all customer interactions in the company’s database
– Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and complaints and report findings to management
– Provide feedback to the customer service team and other departments on ways to improve the customer experience through email communication
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong organizational and documentation skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management software
