Email Graphic Designer

We are a small and growing digital marketing agency that provides marketing services to small businesses and e-commerce companies. We are seeking an experienced Email Graphic Designer to join our team. The Email Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent design skills, and a passion for email marketing.

Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing email designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing strategies that generate sales and revenue
Optimize email campaigns for deliverability and engagement
Manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously
Conduct research to understand our target audience and develop targeted email campaigns
Monitor and report on email campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Email Graphic Designer or a similar role
Strong understanding of email design principles
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
A portfolio of past email campaigns you have designed

Additional information:
Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Weekly pay for services rendered
Room for growth and increased hours as the agency grows
