Who We Are Looking For:
As the Email Manager, you will be a key player in orchestrating our email marketing campaigns from start to finish. Your role encompasses list management, email setup, database management, and ensuring the effectiveness of our email communication strategies. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in email marketing, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing email campaigns for maximum impact.

What You’ll Do:
* Strategically manage email lists, segmenting and maintaining data for targeted and personalized campaigns.
* Create, design, and build engaging and visually appealing email campaigns that align with brand standards.
* Oversee the organization and maintenance of email databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Execute end-to-end email campaigns, from planning and setup to deployment and performance analysis.
* Implement and optimize email marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and personalization.
* Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Ensure email marketing compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Email Manager, showcasing successful email campaign management.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in strategic list management for targeted and effective email campaigns.
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in email setup, database management, and campaign execution.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies for better performance.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying campaign insights.
