Job Summary:
As an Email Manager with expertise in Klaviyo, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing communication, and executing email campaigns. Your primary focus will be to ensure successful implementation of email strategies, leverage Klaviyo’s advanced features, and optimize performance for our clients. This role requires exceptional project management skills, technical proficiency in Klaviyo, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for email marketing strategy, execution, and performance.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
Utilize Klaviyo’s advanced features to implement email marketing strategies, including automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization.
Oversee end-to-end execution of email campaigns, ensuring they align with clients’ brand guidelines, objectives, and timelines.
Optimize email performance by analyzing key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and providing actionable insights to drive improved results.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other performance indicators to ensure campaign success.
Stay up to date with Klaviyo updates, new features, and industry best practices, and apply them to enhance client campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, campaign details, and project milestones within our project management systems.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Email Manager or similar role, managing client accounts and executing email campaigns.
Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, with a strong understanding of its advanced features and capabilities.
Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret email performance metrics to drive actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns and experience working with Klaviyo is preferred.
