We are looking for a talented and creative Email Marketer / Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. **Email Marketing:**
– Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
– Develop segmented email lists and execute targeted email marketing strategies.
– Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

2. **Social Media Management:**
– Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and advertisements.
– Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner.
– Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.

3. **Content Creation:**
– Create compelling and relevant content for email campaigns and social media.
– Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

4. **Analytics and Reporting:**
– Analyze email and social media performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
– Prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in email marketing and social media management.
– Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
– Knowledge of the credit repair industry is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
