**Role Overview:**

As we prepare to launch our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking a highly experienced Email Marketer to spearhead our email marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in directly engaging our audience, refining our messaging, and driving conversions. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing and iterating, and has a proven track record of enhancing engagement and conversions through email, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Develop and Execute Email Campaigns**: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to our customer base, ensuring they are compelling, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

2. **Optimize Email Sequences**: Build and refine automated email sequences for various segments, ensuring smooth customer journeys from onboarding to conversion.

3. **Copywriting Excellence**: Draft email copy that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement, open rates, and click-through rates.

4. **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze campaign results. Report on revenue, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and other KPIs to inform future campaigns.

5. **Continuous Improvement**: Utilize Klaviyo’s advanced features for A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to constantly refine our strategies.

6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, like product and design, to ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and overall company objectives.

– Proficient with Klaviyo; familiar with its advanced features and best practices.
– Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and understanding of brand voice.
– Demonstrated success in driving conversions and achieving KPIs through email marketing.
– Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from data.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; able to pivot strategies as needed.
