Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketer to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns for our life and health insurance agency. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our products and services, nurturing leads, and engaging our existing customer base. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling email content, design eye-catching templates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our life and health insurance products and services.
Develop email marketing strategies to engage prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Design and implement visually appealing email templates using industry best practices.
Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted messaging and optimal deliverability.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations in all email communications.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Email Marketer or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
