Are you an experienced Email Marketer looking to make a significant impact in the realm of sales and marketing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and drive our email marketing efforts to new heights.

As an Email Marketer, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-converting email campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert leads into customers. Your primary goal will be to leverage the power of email marketing to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and synergy across all campaigns.

Content Creation: Write compelling, persuasive copy for email campaigns, including subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action. Tailor messaging to different segments of our audience to maximize relevance and engagement.

Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data-driven insights to segment our email list effectively. Develop targeted campaigns based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria to deliver personalized experiences.

Email Automation: Implement email automation workflows to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and deliver timely, relevant content to subscribers at every stage of the customer journey.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

List Growth and Management: Develop strategies to grow our email subscriber list organically. Implement best practices for list hygiene and compliance with email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to maintain a clean and engaged subscriber base.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs, etc.) to identify what resonates best with our audience and drive incremental improvements in performance.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of success in email marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
Certifications in email marketing or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing Certification) are advantageous.
