Email Marketer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Email Marketer. This position requires someone who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize email campaigns while understanding the dynamics of love and relationships. Responsibilities:

Map out campaign structures and flow: You will be responsible for developing comprehensive campaign scopes, outlining a 2-4 week plan with daily or bi-weekly posting schedules.
Work independently without constant guidance: We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results without extensive supervision.
Create 3 completed campaigns/designs per week: You will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive email campaigns from start to finish, including copywriting and designing captivating visuals. We will provide examples and references to guide your creative process.
Understand the drivers of love and relationships: A deep understanding of the factors that influence romantic connections and emotions is crucial in order to create effective and compelling email content that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing: Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns is essential for this role.
Strong organizational skills: The ability to map out campaign structures, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks is necessary to thrive in this position.
Creative mindset: A knack for creating compelling and visually appealing email designs that capture attention and drive engagement.
Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and conveying our brand’s messaging.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics and leveraging data to optimize future campaigns.
